ECoinmerce, the world’s first decentralized and tokenized E-commerce marketplace, announced the launch of ‘Rat Poison Squared’ logo printed clothing line. This is in direct response to Berkshire Hathaway chairman and CEO, Warren Buffet’s comment on bitcoin, mentioning it as ‘rat poison squared’.

‘We don’t know exactly what ‘rat poison squared’ is supposed to mean. What we do know is that Bitcoin created a very productive ecosystem and spawned the entire cryptocurrency revolution, which is driving innovation in nearly every industry.’ said ECoinmerce COO Rex Chen.

This is not the first time Buffet had slammed bitcoin. His negative comment on bitcoin had started way back in 2014 when he pointed it as a ‘mirage’. And last October, he mentioned that bitcoin market is a bubble, adding to that was, “You can’t value bitcoin because it’s not a value-producing asset.”. At the beginning of this year, he criticized cryptocurrency saying it ‘will come to bad ending’.

From this, we can definitely understand that ‘Oracle of Omaha’ has been skeptical about cryptocurrency since long. He was supported by many other crypto critics such as J.P. Morgan’s Jamie Dimon, Nobel-Prize winner Robert Shiller, Mark Cuban, and Bill Gates, who said he’d short bitcoin if he could.

Recently, tech venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya, who claims himself to be ‘Disciple’ of Buffet, said knowledge about technology is not Berkshire Hathaway’s COO ‘circle of competence‘. And clearly mentioned, Buffet is wrong about Bitcoin.

In such status quo, cryptocurrency enthusiasts and believers can come up in support of this digital gold wearing this clothing line.
